The Diplomas de Español como Lengua Extranjera (DELE) are official certificates of Spanish language competence awarded by the Instituto Cervantes on behalf of the Spanish Ministry of Education. The examinations leading to the award of these certificates are offered at six levels of difficulty (A1/ A2/ B1/ B2/ C1/ C2).
