computer assisted c-test production

Thursday, Febraury 28, 2013, 5pm - 6:30pm building GW2 room A3060 (acess through the self access centre room A3070)

A c-test is a very efficient test form. The system that has been developed at Language Centre the Erlangen University aims at the effective development of new c-tests.

With this system authors of c-tests won't have to create the gaps themselves. Additionally assessment criteria that are configurable enable a prediction of the suitability of the test for assessment. That will be a great help when choosing texts for c-tests.

The following languages are supported by the system: German, English, French, Italian, Russia, Swedish and Spanish.

Interested participants will have the opportunity to test the system with their own texts.
