The first stage of the UNIcert system leads to level B1 and is divided into two parts:

The UNIcert Basis certificate can be awarded on successful completion of the following courses:

Note:

  1. The UNIcert Basis certificate is issued after all courses have been successfully completed without the need to take a further test. The certificate issue fee is EUR 5.
  2. You will still receive a course certificate with credit points and a grade for every course you successfully complete.
  3. It may be possible for those who already have some knowledge of a language to skip some of the lower level courses. Please come to one of our advice sessions to find out about your particular situation.

IMPORTANT! Participants must achieve 80% attendance to be eligible for a UNIcert certificate.

PLEASE NOTE: RULES DUE TO CORONA
To be eligible for a UNIcert® certificate, students must fulfil the following criteria in the end-of-course assessment (portfolio, final online test or a combination of both):

  • Students must pass all parts of the test;
  • Students must have submitted documentary proof of the independent study they have done;
  • Students must have completed 80% of the tasks or a longer task per meeting (an exercise relating to the skills or use of the language) (the workload is governed by the learning goals defined in the module description).
