German B2

The stated learning learning outcome applies to the entire Level B2. The contents are given according to the special orientation of the courses.

Learning Outcome

  • Reading: The learner can read articles and reports concerned with contemporary problems in which the writers adopt particular attitudes or viewpoints.
  • Listening: The learner can understand extended speech and lectures, when the topic is reasonably familiar to him. He can understand most TV news and current affairs programs.
  • Speaking: The learner can communicate so spontaneously and fluently that a normal conversation with native speakers is quite possible. He can actively participate in familiar contexts and point out his view in a discussion. He can give a clear and detailed presentation to topics of his interest. He can explain a viewpoint on a topical issue and is able to talk about the advantages and disadvantages.
  • Writing: He can write clear and detailed texts about a variety of topics that interest him. He can deliver information in an essay or report. He can write letters highlighting the personal significance of events and experiences.
