Registration

It is very easy to register for one of our summer courses:

• you register online, than you print the form and sent it to us together with a copy of remittance for the entire course fees made out to the University of Bremen, or
• you can download the appropriate form ( pdf file), fill it in and send it to us together with a copy of remittance for the entire course fees made out to the University of Bremen.

Closing date for registration: Course I - 09.06.2010, Course II - 09.06.2010

We accept payment by bank transfer or cheque, but we prefer bank transfer.
Fees for the course amount 560,- € without accomodation and 790,- € with accomodation.

Please notice that all bank fees have to be paid by you!

Participants who require a visa should present their confirmation of registration to the German Embassy in their country. The confirmation of registration contains all the important information necessary for making applications for visas.

Reservations (without engagement)
If you only wish to make a provisional reservation, you may do so. Download the appropriate form, state clearly that you only wish to make a provisional reservation and send the completed form to us.

Late registration
Provided that their are places available, it may still be possible to register after the official closing date.

Confirmation
As soon as we have received your application (registration and copy of remittance) you will be sent a written confirmation. As a rule, this confirmation will be accompanied by the address of your accommodation in Bremen. Detailed information (course programme, etc.) will be sent to you approximately two to three weeks prior to start of course.

Cancellation
In the event of cancellation up to three weeks prior to beginning date of course we shall retain a processing fee of 52 Euro; there can bo no refund of any amounts in the event of cancellation after this date.
